Susan Buckley

Director of Administration

With a background in public accounting and private industry, Susan joined Buckley Wealth Management at its founding and served as Chief Compliance Officer, ensuring the firm remained compliant with the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission. In 2025, Susan transitioned to a role as Director of Administration — a shift that allows her more time with her two grandchildren while enabling her to leverage her institutional knowledge in support of the firm’s continued growth.

Susan graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting. She began her career at Haskins and Sells, one of the prestigious “Big 8” accounting firms and the only one with a Nevada presence at the time, where she focused on tax work. Over the years she shaped her career around her family, concentrating her work during tax season so she could devote more time to her three children.
